This program, recognized by HRCI and CPD for learning credits, includes teach-backs, participation exercises, and opportunities to develop own teaching style and methodology. It is taught by our CoE team comprising lawyers and external members, alongside Smita Shetty Kapoor, our CEO. Across these SMEs, they have conducted over 1000 training sessions and are external members for several organizations.
