The KelpHR PoSH Awards®️ were instituted in 2020 with an objective to recognize and honour organisations which work relentlessly towards creating such workplaces.
The success and learnings from the first edition sent us back to the drawing board. After many brainstorming sessions, we simplified the format as we recognised best practices defied categories and sizes, and that it takes a culture to build safe workplaces – from the bottom up, from the top down, and all around.
So, here we are, ready to embark on an enriching journey of KelpHR PoSH Awards®️ 2021- 25 Safest Workplaces in India.
