Creating a Safer World

Join Kelp’s Center of Excellence and Leadership team as they share their experience, expertise and best practices for creating a safer world. With over a decade of PoSH compliance and training expertise, learn from our experts on what you can do as individuals, leaders and entrepreneurs to ensure a safe and inclusive environment not just in the workplace but in society as well.

During our time, we will discuss what we can do ourselves to protect ourselves and those around us.  Themes we will touch upon:

• Our controllable and uncontrollable factors,
• How to use our circle of influence to garner support,
• Self-reflect on our level of advocacy and
• Various government and non-profit organizations that are available for support.

We will also talk about laws and regulations that we should be aware of to ensure we and the organizations we are a part of, are doing the best possible in creating a safe and inclusive workplace and world.
