The KelpHR PoSH Awards® were instituted in 2020 to recognize and honour organisations that work relentlessly towards creating happy and safe workplaces. Registrations to the 4th edition of the KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2023 – Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India will start on 4 July 2023.

Evaluation for the KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2023 – Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India
The process of evaluation in the fourth edition of KelpHR PoSH Awards ® 2023 – Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India is aimed at enabling organisations with insights & milestones to help build safer, happier & more inclusive workplaces as it takes much more than legal compliance to build workplaces that we aspire for & dream of creating.
The winners will be judged on various parameters including PoSH compliance, Case handling, Training and Sensitization, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, Internal committee and Workplace Safety for employees within and outside the office as well as for others.
Jury for the KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2023
The jury for the KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2023 comprises of industry leaders, intellectuals and subject matter experts in their respective fields. This year’s diverse jury comprises of stalwarts who’re well versed SME’s in the PoSH, DEI and HR and organisational behaviour.
DR. DDHARANIIKOTA SSUYODHAN, International Commercial and Corporate Lawyer ; Author and Speaker
With over 20 years of legal expertise across various verticals at leadership levels, Dr. DDharaniikota is a versatile professional who’s donned many hats including that of a Author, Trainer, Consultant, International Corporate Lawyer, General Counsel, Vice President, Head – Legal.
Since 2013, he has been actively involved in implementation of PoSH and creating awareness about PoSH in Hyderabad on various platforms. Over the years, he has conducted more than 1000 training & awareness programs and investigations. He is a panelist on TV news channels for law related news programs and has also co – authored the book “Professional Ethics and Morals” which is a part of the 1st year Engineering curriculum of 325 Engineering colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.
ZAINAB PATEL (She / Her / Hers), Chief Inclusion & Diversity, Pernod Ricard India
Born in Mumbai, Zainab is a transgender person and is one of the petitioners in the National Legal Services Authority v. Union of India case on transgender rights and in the marriage equality case.
She currently works with Pernod Ricard India as the Chief – Inclusion and Diversity; prior to this she worked with KPMG as the Director – Diversity and Inclusion. Zainab holds an MBA in HR and was the National Manager – Health and Human Rights at the UNDP country office in India, and was the regional policy analyst on human rights in Asia.
Her areas of interest are health and social development issues, and has over 20 years of national and international work experience.
Zainab currently serves as the Western India representative in the National Council for Transgender Persons. She is a Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow, a part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
ALOK PRASANNA, Co-Founder And Lead, VIDHI Centre for Legal Policy
Alok Prasanna Kumar is Co-Founder and Lead, Vidhi Karnataka. His areas of research include judicial reforms, Constitutional law, urban development, and law and technology. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the NALSAR University in 2008 and obtained the BCL from the University of Oxford in 2009.
He writes a monthly column for the Economic and Political Weekly and has published in the Indian Journal of Constitutional Law and National Law School of India Review apart from media outlets such as The Hindu, Indian Express, Scroll, Quint and Caravan. He has practiced in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court from the chambers of Mr Mohan Parasaran, and currently also co-hosts the Ganatantra podcast on IVM Podcasts.
VAISHALI SHINTRE-BHAGWAT, Practicing Lawyer & Chevening Scholar
Vaishali is the first lawyer in the country who was selected in the TCS Chevening Scholarship program on Cyber Defense & international collaboration on Cyber Policy by the British High Commission and Tata Consultancy Services.
She is a practicing civil and cyber lawyer with 24 years of experience in litigation & advisory practice. Her work includes civil commercial litigation, property law, employment law, family law, succession and Wills. She specializes in Cyber Law & her work also focuses on law relating to violence against women & children.
Vaishali is an advisor to several companies and is on the advisory board of several chambers of commerce, Maharashtra State Commission for Women, Maharashtra Cyber (Police) for Legal Reforms and Board of Studies for Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Symbiosis Skills University and the Suryadatta Institute on Cyber Security.
CJ JOVESON, Advocate, Bombay High Court
C J Joveson is a highly accomplished legal expert who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws. With an impressive career spanning over 15 years, Joveson has successfully practiced in the Original, Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Jurisdictions of the esteemed Bombay High Court and its subordinate courts. In addition, he has appeared before renowned courts such as the Supreme Court of India, Kerala High Court, Goa Bench of Bombay High Court, Ahmedabad, and Calcutta since 2016. Furthermore, Joveson serves as a distinguished arbitrator for commercial causes since 2018, demonstrating his ability to bring parties together and find fair resolutions outside of the courtroom. Joveson’s specialized knowledge encompasses areas such as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Constitutional Law, Medical Jurisprudence and Forensics, Interpersonal Relationships, and Conflicts at the Workplace and Home.
MADHURA DASGUPTA SINHA (She/Her), Founder & CEO, Aspire for Her
