The KelpHR PoSH Awards® were instituted in 2020 to recognize organizations that have successfully created and maintained a respectful, safe and positive work environment for their employees, consistently going beyond compliance to build harassment free workplaces.
The third edition of the KelpHR PoSH Awards® were held in 2022; nominations for the awards opened in August 2022 and the winners of the Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India at the KelpHR PoSH awards® 2022 were felicitated at a gala ceremony in Mumbai on 9 December 2022; the anniversary of when the law came into being.

In the 2022 edition, to make the evaluation process comprehensive, we added a new perspective – an employee survey which was independently carried out by our team with the help of the applying organisations. The survey was applicable only for shortlisted organisations who reached the final round of judging.
As a pre cursor to the KelpHR PoSH awards® 2023, we’ve documented our learnings from this Employee feedback assessment which was administered across 15,206 employees from the 30 companies who were in the final round of evaluation at the KelpHR PoSH Awards®2022.
