KelpHR PoSH Awards 2020 – Winners

KelpHR hosted India’s first-ever award ceremony to recognize and reward the best practices of safety and inclusion at the workplace in Mumbai on 22nd January 2020 . With a huge turnout of small, medium and large organizations vying for the prestigious PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awards. the organisations with initiatives and best practices that worked consistently towards achieving the goal of safe, harassment free workplaces were befittingly chosen across categories.

The Award nominations were called for in November 2019 in the website https://www.kelphrposhawards.com. 

The nominations from across industry were shortlisted and carefully curated on various parameters by a 15 member jury comprising of HR leaders, legal experts, Subject matter experts.

Without further ado, we present the winners and runner’s up of the KelpHR PoSH Award 2020 who have been consistently working towards making their workplaces significantly more inclusive and safer!

•   The Safe Workplace Award:

For making the workplace safer by reducing/eliminating sexual harassment, workplace harassment, and discrimination through best practices and innovative ideas, the ‘Safe Workplace Award’ was bagged by RapidValue Solutions, Siemens Healthineers and Tata Power Company across the small, medium and large company size categories respectively.

Finishing at a close second were our Runner’s Up – AntWorks, Cigniti Technologies Ltd., and DBS Bank – across the small, medium and large company size categories respectively.

•   Best Culture Award:

Promoting and sustaining organizational culture and ethos has never been an easy mandate. The winning organizations of the Best Culture Award have actualized their secret cultural sauce to success.

Congratulations to Rainbow Integrated Multitech Pvt. Ltd. and Cigniti Technologies Ltd. across the small and medium company size categories. A win that is truly deserving of the efforts that go into synthesizing an organization culture into shape.

• Best Organization for PoSH Award

In the quest to create truly safe and inclusive PoSH environments, four companies emerged winners. 63 Moons Technologies Ltd. and AstraZeneca India Pvt. Ltd. won the small and medium-size organization categories while tying for the pole position were Suzlon Energy Ltd. and Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (P) Ltd.
