A seasoned leader with 25+ years in media and advertising, Rashmi will share her expertise on fostering safety and inclusivity in the fast-paced and creative world of advertising. Rashmi is also the Presiding Officer of the DDB IC since the last 2 years and has ensured that the DDB culture of promising a safe workspace to all genders is upheld.
Meenakshi Vuppuluri: Lawyer & External Member, PoSH & DEI Consultant, Kelp.
Meenakshi specializes in designing innovative strategies to build safe and inclusive workplaces. With extensive experience in training and awareness programs on the PoSH Act, she empowers employers, Internal Committee (IC) members, and employees with the knowledge to foster respectful work environments.
